I started working out back on October of last year and I'm looking to have a nice overall definition. I started on lowering my BF (summer time vacation /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif) and after that build and cut /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gifuntil I reach my goal...
I love the site, /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif there is a lot of helpfull info for everything and everyone is eager to help everyone else ....Very Nice!!!

This is all pretty new to me.

You can change the set up time by editing your profile. It should be in your homepage section towards the bottom of the screen. Where you change your password, etc.
