Hi, my name is Blan and I am 14 years old. I am extremely uncomfortable with the size of my stomach and the size of my breats, I just dont like being as large as I am. I want to get rid of my stomach and have a flat one, if possible, a muscular one. I can hardly motivate myself to and have little equipment to do so. I have a small bench press in the house and dumbells lying all over. I currently work out my arms 3 times a week, but I really need to lose this stomach too. I am also concered about the size of my breasts, they seem large in my eyes, and aren't very appealing to me. What would suggestions could you give to a teen like me that has to lose a large stomach and some medium sized breasts? I can accomodate with pictures on request.

PS: I want to mantain the weight level I am at now (160) but still lose my stomach. Would that be possible? If not, I wouldnt mind.

Thanks, and sorry for not posting a little more information about my personal life /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Its just that I am really looking for answers, and this seemed to be the perfect place to get em

" I currently work out my arms 3 times a week, but I really need to lose this stomach too."

We will help you set up a proper split. (Training routine, IE Monday - Back and Biceps, Tuesday - Chest and Triceps)

The only way you will lose your "stomache" is through a proper diet.

This is impossible. If you lose body fat your weight will decrease.

This was the perfect spot to post. Good job.

Thanks, Ill make sure I read all of this and try to press it as much as possible. But about the weight thing, is there a way to lose the fat and gain muscle mass, without the intent of becoming large? I want a semi-built lean look, thats all.
