hi i am new here and glad i found this site. i just started lifting weights but dont know anything about it. i dont even know what BF means. i need some help with dieting and what to doand not to do. everyday i lift 30lbs about 20 times then 20 more and i do some push ups and some sit ups and thats about it. i weight 210lbs and i have big arms wich people say i can turn them easily into muscles. am i suposed to be drinking some powder? or shake that i see people drinking

thanks for the replies everyone. now i dont know anything about grams or anything like that im sorry. can someone give me a diet or somehting or walk me through with what i should eat daily thank you
