I posted this in a post not too long ago:
Anyhow, I'm so glad to find this site. For years I've been roaming the 'net going from lifting website to lifting website and I think I've found one I can stand!!! I've been overlooking this website for a few weeks now and I must say I'm impressed. This is strictly good science, and hardcore training. I hope we can each learn from each other as we progress for our goals.
Here's a little info on myself:
I've been lifting for MANY MANY years.
My stats:
5'11
250ish
7% BF (caliper standards)
I'm mainly a bodybuilder but I also powerlift. Some of my recent big lifts have been:
FLat Bench: 650
Deadlift: 750
Squat: 855
As you can see, I'm obsessed with training my legs for power as well as mass!!
I think I will spend more time in the journal section, writing down EVERYTHING i eat and lift.
