View Full Version : I've been a member a while, but hello anyways

I registered a while back, but keep forgetting to come back here, and considering this is my 2nd post, I think I should just say hello to everyone.

I used to lift every day in HS, and was actually in really nice shape, 6 pack, could bench 275 for 20 reps, leg press 1000lbs 10 times, I even put up 1250 1 time, played sports etc etc, and I weighed 160lbs at the time...

Then I went to college and turned in to a whale. That was 6 years ago, and I have been up and down with losing weight and yo-yoing it right back. No one to blame but myself,(well and beer and ramen noodles) I get lazy and stop the program I am doing, and the flab comes back. Anyways now at 200lbs and probably 20-25% (don't know for sure) bodyfat I have decided its time to get back to my high school ways.

Anyways hello everyone, and I will appreciate your critiques and comments wether bad or good

It's great to hear you are getting back into working out!

It will be great to see some pics when you get that six pack back!
