Gee, where to start!?...I have too much to say.
I'm kind of curious as to the median age on this site and if it is right for me to be here. I'm almost 37yrs old and see alot of younger dudes here...not that I'm predjudiced. I don't think that I fit in anywhere on the web...people are either hardcore, hardcore and juicing , or just lifting 10# dumbells and doing cardio. My goals are to be healthy, look good , and get stronger. I came back to weightlifting after years of smoking and eating junk food. ..which contributed to me having back problems and 2 herniated discs. One year ago I started doing exercises to strengthen my core muscles and visited a chiro regular. I also quit smoking and put together a home gym.
Well I've bored you enough for now.

200# ...bodyfat? I have a 2pack and my obliques show well.
Bench Press @240# ...I struggled with 150 when I started!
Squats: can't do them..bummer
Deadlift:...nope, another no no.
