Well, it happened yesterday from one of the various activities i participated in - Either Gym (allthough i doubt it, it was leg day) Then basketball, then Badminton, then a long walk with bouncing of a basketball, then basketball again, and finally football (soccer)

The 'injury' occured to me just after the final basketball, it only hurts when i use my shoulder in a certain position - If i were to do a shoulder circle, just before my arm swung back to being beside my hip (if i was swinging my arm out in front first, then over my head etc) My shoulder (it feels very deep) clicks awkwardly and is a sharp pain, that lasts only a second. Its very uncomfortable though, i dismissed it, and practiced military pressing to make sure it wasnt a big deal, it felt fine as i pushed upbut when i come down with the barbell (to about the height of my eye) it cracks again, and gives me the same kind of discomforting problem.

This is REALLY getting on my nerves now, because ive just recovered from an upper chest injury and osgoodschlatters disease.

Please if anyone can help, i would be very very grateful.

If i havent commented on something that may help then please ask. It is on my right shoulder, and i am 15 years old, and right handed!.

Thanx!

I suggest you lay off activities for at least a week, sometimes the shoulder becomes unseated somewhat and it will go back down after awhile. If it does not or it gets worse you may have to get an MRI.

Can i get a second opinion? (not saying your wrong, but an MRI would take me about half a year)

It has felt better today actually, its still clicking abit. but the pain has decreased alot.

Thanx for the reply aswell mate!
