The day before yesterday I made the mistake of deadlifting big after taking a long break from lifting.
Yesterday and today my lowerback is very sore, although I do not feel sharp pain. How do I determine if I strained my lower back or if it is just DOMS? I feel the pain when I bend forward (which I assume is when the muscles are stretched).
