Anyone know what could be wrong with my hip or have any good stretches for it. It hurts on the front of my left leg like right where your leg connects into your hip. I can barely lift my knee up higher than my waist which sucks when im trying to squat or leg press.

I had that problem a few days ago. I rested and stretched it out. To stretch it, just do any type of quadricep stretches, but bend your back backwards as much as you can.
When you dont know a stretch for a certain muscle group, just think about what that musclegroup does and work the opposite way.

You are describing what seems to be a hip strain. GENTLY stretch your hip flexor, by kneeling down on one knee and tilting your pelvis forward. Intense stretching or over stretching will worsen your injury. Use heat while stretching and ice at every oppurtunity you get. When the pain resides, start doing straight leg raises and high knee raises in the water will help strengthen the rectus femoris. Stay away from the leg press and squats for now or decrease the weights, or even try squatting with no weights to perfect your form.

Have you tried resting your hip ? Have you seen a neurologist yet ? A pinched nerve can result in permanent damage if it is not treated properly.
