my knees are not in pain but it feels a little uncomfortable when i do squats especially my last to sets (80 and 100 kg)
what should i do.. lower the weight and to more reps on the lighter weights or stop doing squats..
it only hurts on squats nothing else
thanks

Your form is probably off...squats really shouldn't bother your knees if done properly...check out the thread from yesterday and also do a search on squats. JP and WS discuss squats in depth and JP thoroughly goes over squat techniques in past threads...

it could be form. it coult also be that your knees are not strong enough. water workouts are great for this. i was born with a major knee problem, and the doctor didnt even know if i would walk, let alone squat the #'s i do. I personaly used water workouts to help my knees over the years. low to no impact, with a great cardio workout as well.
simply grabbing a kick board and kicking laps up and down will do it. also you could get in the habbit of stretching after workouts with heat wraps and or spa treatments. the heat will promote muscle growth and also help keep the area loose and feeling good.
Fatigue could definitely be a factor. The muscles surrounding your knees are probably not conditioned enough to handle those final brutal sets. Take a step back in your training and let your knees adapt to the weights before increasing the intensity.
