Wow....today was back day, and everything was going pretty well. So anyways, I'm on my second exercise....which were wide grip pulldowns (behind the neck). I was on my second to last set when I felt a pain in my right pec. It was almost like DOMs and felt like I just worked out my chest the day before....even though it was two days prior. Before starting my back exercises...my pec DOMs had pretty much subsided, but i could feel it if I spread out my arms.....so did I just tear somethin up? or is this natural??

anyways....I continued with bent over rows....which I didnt feel any stretching pain in my pecs...then some lying rows...and then I tried pullovers with a bar. I only did one set because the pain started to come back...plus i was a bit tired by then.

Is this normal? or did I actually injure myself? The pain was noticable but not enough to keep me from stopping.

any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a muscle strain/sprain.
Its hard to tell over the net with that type of descritpion.

ok....thanks, but if it was an actual injury...would it still be hurting by now? sooo this is... 2 days after i felt the pain, but now its ok.... I'm guessin you were correct about the sprain... but please confrim that this is true...unless its some kind of thing where the pain is hidden...which then i'll prob check it out with my trainer....
