Just a general question

When you get a headache in the gym what do you do? I've found if I'm doing an exercise like bench press it compounds the pain of the headache very quickly to the point where I have to quit. I hate ruining a whole training session due to this but I have had to do it a couple times in the last few months.

I thought of this because I feel a little bit of a headache now from the extreme heat in this office right now (sun is beating on the windows and the building circulation isnt cutting it..). I want to train when I leave in a little bit so hopefully fresh air on the way to the hotel will make it go away.
