Hey all,
The weirdest ([---]) happened today. Basically in the afternoon I started feeling a little dizzy so decided not to do my cardio and just took it easy... 2-3 hours later I seriously felt like I was going to pass out any second, it was quite scary... Felt like my BP had dropped because I my head felt extremely light, I was experiencing slight cramps, and when I elevated my feet my toes starting going slightly numb... When this was happening I had 1/2 bottle of gatorade, and a sprinkle of salt with some steak... Now can someone pls tell me WTF happened?
My nutrition was the same as always. Now one thing that I think it could be is I recently started using some pure creatine monohydrate powder (no fillers) and I drank quite alot more water than I usually do... I am thinking mayb my sodium levels dropped, causing BP to drop? Seeing I NEVER add salt to my food. I am really not sure. Can anyone please help me shed some light?
