Recently I took some time off of training because I was getting burned out after going so long without a break (since about November). I've only taken about 1 1/2 weeks off and still kept my diet intact for the most part.

I started my training again this week and I'm having a big problem. Whenever I'm warming up (jumping jacks, running in place, anything remotely cardio) I get a VERY bad headache type pain, slightly above my left eye in my forehead region. This has never happened before and I thought it was just a one time thing due to my time off. I first felt it Tuesday of this week. So about an hour ago I'm warming up for my Tae Kwon Do class and I get the pain again, this time so sharp it put me on my knees. I gave it about twenty minutes and tried to gradually warm up and it happened again.

I'm really worried and I wanted to know if anyone else has had this type of pain or knows anything about it. Any advice on a course of action at this point would be helpful. I've been lurking these boards for a long time and I know you guys (and gals) know your stuff, that's why I ask here. Thanks alot.

The best advice I can think of is "See your Doctor"
