Yep! I twisted that ankle (inward so far jumping of a wall that I passed out with pain and limped for upwards of a month. I don't believe in going to the doc. so I just deal with it.

Finally I know why my knee has being hurting for 5 years. It is now moderate Peroneal Tendinitis. I can function but it is a nagging injure which prevents me form running as much as I'm like because I run off the outside (little toe area). Right of Leg goes numb often (nerve imp.) fibia femur angle must be atleast 10 degrees off by now.

I have rejected insert because they will only mask the problem.

What would you do in my postion (stretches etc).

Thanks

Sorry, I guess i just don't understand why someone, who is in pain, would turn down the treatment of that pain.

Yeah I read the article, that's why I put attn. Joe King.

ROM is normal but LCL is loose as is my ACL. I just ignore it most of the time, I've broke alot of bones (esp ribs) in my time so I just push through.

The knee Fibia Femur Q angle must be shot by now, so I daredn't go see a Physical Terrorist.

Cheers
