this is the one on the thumb side of the upper part of the forearm right?

I was getting in position to do dumbbell bench presses and I used a hammer style curl to curl the weight up to my legs and felt a sharp pain in my right forearm at the elbow

I finished that set with no additional pain but was unable to get the dumbbell up for the next set.

This morning it hurts (same sharp pain) to do any type of movement that stresses that muscle (washing opposite shoulder in shower was a trick). Moving the elbow through normal range of motion does not cause pain.
Question 1:
What type of doctor should use to get this examined? My GP is out due to prior bad advise.

Question 2:
if there isn't any pain am I ok to continue working out?
Back day Wednesday, then shoulders, then arms (obviously out)
are deadlifts, arm raises, shrugs, barbell chest presses, tricep work ok?
I'm betting that rows, pullups/downs, shoulder presses (unable to clean weight) are out,

Try going to a sports medicine doctor or an orthopedist.
