Are you sure it is Gyno? Do you have any pics and what in your past has made you think you may have gyno? Did you use prohormones, steroids, or were you obese at one point?

You may just be lacking muscle in your lower pecs or you may carry more fat there. I know my chest acts in that manner.

actually i have spoken to doctors and they told me i have a small case of gyno. Also yes i was a bit overweight as a child, nothing extreme here just too much food and no gym!
well actually there is some fat in the lower chest...!
But what pisses me of is my nipples...
the right one is like a small strawberry man!
ppl often say:
William has a great body but his nipples look like bombs!

Surgery is safe for correcting gyno and is the only way to get rid of it. If you do indeed know for sure, by way of a doctor's examination, that you have gyno, and have the means to have the operation, than go ahead and do it if it bothers you physically or mentally.

Of course you are going to have a recovery time, but after that you will be able to lift normally and gain lbm just like you would be able to otherwise.

You are not the only one with a case of gyno...

I have one on the left chest area.

My right nipple is average while the left one is huge. My left chest seems to have a small lump inside and and so fatty tissue while the right one feels like solid muscle.

I took one bottle of Tribulus Terrrestri and I think that is what did it.

Honestly, I am really doubting that one bottle of Tribulis would cause a noticable case of gyno. It would take an extremely high dosage over a period of time longer than one bottles worth to do that.

I'm not an expert on it or anything, that's just my opinion.

I don't think that would have done it alone. How old are you? I'm guessing you are somewhere between 15-18...? Gynecomastia actually occurs in some amount in a large % of teens, but it goes away in most. Most, but not all. If it does not go away by around the age of 19 or so and it is not due to obesity, surgery is the only means to get rid of it.

I'm turning 18 and have mild gyno, not to the point of huge nipples but I can feel it. What are the chances of it regressing, I have felt it go away over time slowly, but it's still there.
