I'm sorry man...I hope you get better soon.

Did you ask your dr. when you could start working out again?

Your doctor would be better able to answer that question.

I thought I'd broken my hip a couple of months ago, but it was from anything fun like snowboarding. It was from falling down the icy stairs.

Get better soon!

Get better soon and talk to your doctor in case you have to do rehab or something like that.

Things will work out!

I think you're asking the wrong people, we're into bodybuilding, not bodyhealing /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I wouldn't go and ask some nutritionist, or a personal trainer, when I could train after breaking my hip.

Doctors know.

And hopefully you'll heal good, and quickly. Good luck!

sounds as thought yours is pretty bad, however I feel some of your pain. 5 years ago ( in grade 8) I fractued my pelvis in a track competition (high jump). not positive of the scientific words for it, but I hyperextended my entire hip joint, and some muscles in my thigh basically tore the front of the pelvis off (called an avulsion)... anyways, just so u know, with this i was off my feet for a month, and i could KIND of jog after about 7 or 8 weeks. youll be a while bro, thats for sure and its mentally painful, but time is your best friend /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif... a Doctor can hook you up witha ll that advice, but I found my physiotherapist was a lot more helpful, so u may wanna contact someone. Anyways man, hope you get back on your feet 100%... good luck.

Dude, that's horrible bro and I hope that you are managing to get by ok. I pray for your quick and speedy recovery so that you may be able to get on with the things that you love to do in life that may be hindered by this injury.

Take it easy and I wouldn't even be worrying about lifting at this point. You need to concentrate on healing my man.
