78.5 years. I know my stress levels are high but the thing also uses BMI! Ridiculous, according to that I am a fatass.

In my Lions Club meeting, Lion Ira read an article in which a patient asked his doctor if he (the patient) was going to live to 90's.
The doctor proceeded to ask him questions:
do you drink? And he answered no.
do you smoke? No
do you fool around have have sex? No
are you involved with risky activities like parachuting, whitewater rafting, snowboarding etc? No
Do you eat unhealthy foods such as butter, cream, pastries ...? No

Then the doctor asked the patient, then why do you want to live to be in the 90's ? You don't do anything to live for !

I'm obese but I got 84....some questions were hard, like with the grand parents my granda is 88 and still lives drives...

About the fat thing and BMI, I think it is generalizing from the weight and the height and it is not considering at all the weight of muscle as muscle is heavier than fat.

I think one factor that gave my questionnaire a greater longevity factor was that I live in Palm Springs and the air and water is so clean...thanks to the mountains that block Los Angeles's smog out there. The diet and exercise helped also.
