I need some ideas on what to get men for Valentines. I already know what I am getting the guy I am dating but a friend of mine needs a unique idea... Help anyone??

Look at the gift from HIS perspective..not HERS. Look at his hobbies, his favorite sports, collections he might have, etc.

See this is for an older couple that are not into bodybuilding so the "supplements" are out of the question. lol I think she is going to get him the Michael Buble Cd and sneak it into his truck for when he goes to work in the morning.

As an aside, my plan includes hiding his present in his buckey of Whey, so he will find it when he goes for his Protein shake in the morning.

I will have to quiz him on the PWO shake among other things, but I am pretty sure he can handle it, he's been at it for just over 20 yrs now.
