i am cooking a serious amount of pancakes tonight! I'm going to use the cottage cheese, oats and egg white concoction from the bodybuilding recipe section. I tried it for the first time last week and it was delicious. Any ideas for "clean" toppings that would go good with the pancakes?

I LOVE their steak omelets and the chicken omelet with a side of multi-grain pancakes. Contributions to my cut: 0..I know, IHOP is BAD!
