We're due for another one of these posts. So, in one quote, sum up your current training motivation.

Just me, myself, and I....and my family...and...reading the boards here. It's really encouraging to read about all of your successes, failures, etc....great tool!
If I am completely honest...I just love the way I feel when I am working out, it's a rush! /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Yes, I concur. we most all do our utmost to outlift little freak kids who warmup with our max. That alone gives me motivation to get out of bed in the morning.

The original version came from an Olympic lifting coach. It's somewhere in the quotes at elitefts.com if you want to look.

"Somewhere, a little Chinese girl is warming up with your max."

Ouch! But funny.

Last time I posted something about motivation it was suddenly discovered that I am an incredible hard-azz. Now that I've moved on from my ghetto roots, I would like to say that I'm motivated by love and peace for all mankind, and those thin, tight, cotton pants the cardio bunnies wear. God bless America, void where prohibited, pork chops $2.99 a pound. ANd to quote The Onion, "I am feel good happy."
