so today i was at a buddys house and i was leafing through his brothers muscle mag (FLEX) when i asked one of our mutual friends if he is still supplementing, he said no but he still working out, then he started telling me his diet has enough protein in it and that he eats like 3 big scoops of peanut butter a day and for some one on a 2500 calorie BULIKING diet that there is enough protein in just one scoop to meet the daily requirements. I was so baffled that he couldnt think that, that i didnt even bother trying to argue with him, just so frustrating that some one could say something like that.

venting over explosion averted

Hmmm...

"Man, you worry too much about this dieting thing. I think as long as you're training ok the diet shouldn't be too much to stress over."

Ironically, this is coming from a guy who is perhaps twice my size and leaner to boot. The guy is JACKED! Must have extremely optimal genetics....

You know, you can easily say "you're wrong", and just tell him why. I always tell people when they are wrong. Yes, I'm a besserwisser, but what's wrong with that if I'm always right anyway? /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hmm, those kind of statements always make your head hurt. It's best not to dwell on it, you're brain might crack under the pressure. /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
