Little salt, pepper, poultry season right on to the George Foreman grill.....

or

Chicken Dijon

Mix together -
1.5 T. Olive Oil
1.5 T. Dijon Mustard
1 large clove of garlic minced
.5 tsp Basil or tarragon

Season 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper
Cover chicken breasts with mixture

I just defrost them, trim an excess fat, sprinkle some Tony Chachere's seasoning, and cook them on the Foreman. I LOVE Tony Chachere's!

Give it a nice layer of fresh ground black pepper and then a couple sprinkles of Mrs. Dash (been using their chicken grill blend, works great and it's salt-free) and they're on their way to the grill. If I really feel like adding some sodium I'll throw on some frank's red-hot sauce too /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

They won't let us grill at my apartment complex. It's a crime against humanity! /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I microwave mine to defrost and cook faster, then toss it on the stove in a little bit of vegtable oil. Sprinkle some pepper, basil, thyme, oregeno, and some red peppers and cook till its done throughout(NO SALT, franks is salty enough /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif). then put on a plate, and cover with franks hot sauce so the chicken is bright red. ENJOY!

I spread out a 3lb bag onto a broiling pan and just broil them in the oven. I used to bake them, but they taste a lot better this way.

My new favorite simple meal, cook a chicken breast on the foreman, throw it in some whole wheat pasta, and then sprinkle some parmesan on top... kinda plain, but for some reason i love it
