Check out the bodybuilding 101 section he sounds like he uses some principles from ABC if you read the little list on the left hand side.

sucramdw sorry if you cant read but i said "some" as in his use of drop sets, the 1 and one half rep method, holding the contractions for a few seconds.
I wouldn't call those "principles from ABC", I would call those principles SHARED by ABC.
And thanks for the reminder Coz! I thought I was going to be working until 8pm tonight, so I'd crossed the show out of my mind.

Wow, seriously man, we dont need that hear. Theres no reason to try to shoot me down because I disagreed with you.
This is some of the worst acting I've ever seen. They could've picked a guy to play the older arnold who could at least nail a decent arnold accent. /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I agree, I don't like him for that role either. There was so much advertising about this movie and it is not living up to it's expectations so far.

they could have found a guy in better shape then this guy to play arnold
Yeah, the young guy seems to have some gyno. . . what a great image for bodybuilding

I dont have A&E, but the updates here are good enough....lol..
On further inspection, yeah, the guy they picked to play young arnold is horrible body-wise. He's got a pretty bad case of gyno, his waist's too big. . . I mean, I realize that it's hard to find someone that big that looks even remotely close to arnold, but c'mon, A GUY WITH GYNO? /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif

lol yea hopefully this guys in the middle of a dirty bulk or somthing when they filmed this or he really sux /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
ooo big louie ahaharrghhaahh
Jurgen Prochnow is getting on my nerves. He over-emphasizes everything he says. As if Arnold spoke to Maria on the phone like he was addressing an audience.

I you are being a little too hard guys. The older Arnold is decent at best, but I think Roland is doing a great job. Yes he has some gyno, but for the non-hardcore bodybuilder its not super noticeable. Other than that i think he looks good, pretty close to the way Arnold did, id sure as hell trade physiques with him.
PS, check out the thickness on the guy playing Lou Ferigno!

I do a great Arnold voice /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I'm watching it now - the old Arnold sucks, the young Arnold isn't bad, all things considered. The hair isn't even close though!
