even when after ab workout? like cause i just started the fat burning workout and i was just wondering...so normal meal..no pwo shake..even if i worked my abs?
what kinda food should i eat?

you dont use up much muscle glycogen when doing abs, and still your doing cardio, so you dont want an insulin spike....DID YOU DO A SEARCH?

Balanced meal 30 to 45 minutes after your cardio.
That meal should be composed of a lean protein source, and complex carbs.
If it's late, or you're carb cycling and you're restricting your carbs, have some fibrous greens and EFA's instead of the complex carbs.

I was under the impression that complex carbs were still ok at night after a cardio session.

well i was planning to have my workout like at like 7..but maybe i can bump it up to 4 oclock and still have maybe...whey and oatmeal? is that fine or should i have more...real food liek get some chicken and multigrain whole wheat bread..so what should i do..

It would be better at 4pm. Stick with whey and oats, it's better than bread.

After a pwo shake yes, to stabilize your insulin levels. After cardio, it's not really necessary.
