A gram is a measure of mass/weight, milliliter is a measure of volume, so there is no easy conversion. You need to take the number of grams of glutamine divided by the specific gravity of glutamine (which I don't know) to get the number of milliliters. For example, one milliliter of water weighs approximately one gram (since SG of water is 1).
What is it you are trying to figure out?
