ok ok another creatine question of sorts. I bought some creatine and am starting tomrrow anyhow the bottle did not have a 5 gram scooper so I was wondering what is apporximatly a 5 gram scooper a teaspoon? also can I mix the creatine with my protien in the morning?

1 teaspoon!

Dont mix the creatine with anything. Simply scoop it into the mouth and wash down with some water.

Are you sure the scoop isn't buried in the tub? I thought the same with my protein shake mix but upon further probing with a knife I located it at the bottom of the tub.

just to re-iterate 1 TEASPOON, not TABLESPOON, big difference!
