I know that you need a fast absorbing portein in the morning but if I were to take one scoop of whey in water and then wait 20 min and have cottage cheese and oats would that be good? Or would it be better to have two scoops of whey and oats right away. Im just trying to limit the amount of whey I have each day as I want to start having a scoop at lunch now.

thats a horrible morning meal there brendan theres no need for all that fat in the morning. he wants the food to be fast digesting. the oats are good but you may not want all the yolks and the flax save that for later in the day.

here is a sample from the "cliffhanger 2" workout program:
7:00 - Wake Up - Meal One - Small Whey Protein Shake, 10 grams of glutamine, Vitamins, Slow Burning Protein Source Such as Cottage Cheese, and Large Bowl of Oatmeal. Two glasses of water

a great and really simple breakfast is oats and whey. Personally I use 1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of whey and blend them and chug it down.

that's fine. as long as you have some fast absorping protein to supress the cortisol. the CC will give you a steady rise of proteins in your plasma after the whey is absorped.
