About 2 years ago, when I was about 13/14, ({I’m now 16) I use to get bloody noses most nights and have to wake up and go to the bathroom. It would stop bleeding just about straight away, but would be a real pain having to get up in the middle of the night. After about 3 months I got my nose, quaterised. That is when they put silver nitrate up it to burn the blood vessels to stop it from bleeding.
However because of the amount of swimming I was ding it didn’t work, and I could actually see the pieces of silver nitrate in my snout when I blew my nose.
I didn’t worry about it because my blood noses stopped, and I felt good. BUT… the last two nights, I have had them and there is still blood up my nose. It is also weird because they only happen at nighttime when I am asleep. I am not too hot, and I think the conditions that I sleep in are perfect.
Could this be anything to do with training?
Please help me to stop them, as this is a very annoying problem that disrupts my sleep.
