Hi there,
Right I would like to develop my legs and get a bit more definition in them. I heard that if you stand on weight plates, while for example doing a squat, the teardrop muscle develops more...how does this work?
And secondly I have had a look at some of you guys' splits and Back and Legs are 2 days apart is this enough time for the back to recover if squatting on leg day. What is the minimum time allowed for Back and then leg day?

As our mentor "Yu" posted in another thread in the forum today, a properly performed squat works the legs not the back.
