I've completed the 8 weeks to biceps program and have improved the overall look of my biceps. However, the outside of my biceps look a lot better than the inside of my biceps. I'm switching up my routine and I wanted to incorporate the best exercises to make those inner biceps improve. Looking through the exercise tab I found a couple that I'm going to use, but would liek to hear a few more suggestions.

If you make your grip more wide on all of your bicep exercises you will bring the inner part of your bicep up to par.

I thought the wider the grip the more you work the inner bicep and the closer the grip you work the outer bicep.

Seated Low-Pully D-handle Cable Curls is too a good exercise for inner biceps.

How would you go about peaking your biceps? I've heard the top portion of a curl will work but I haven't had a chance to try yet.

Squeezing biceps at peak contraction position will bring your peak up very nicely! Also concentration curls, cable double biceps pose curls, animal curls, preacher curls (cable/free-weight) etc.. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif There's a lot you can do!

iight i have sik bicep advice..trust me on this one..barbell curls with a wide grip are good..do these strict and with good form..one arm preacher curls will split the hell out of your two bi heads..making your inner look bigger and more ripped..you can also do dumbell bicep curls with a twist at the top (twist outwards at the top range of motion)..those are really good for your inner bis..iight put those in your workout for a few weeks and watch yourelf get big..haha pz
