No idea, just take your multi-vitamin. I've heard that that is what you're suppose to do (100%dv of C, E, and A).

I do 1 gr. vit. C, (2) B-Complex 100, and 400 mcg. Chromium Picolinate.
I do my E 400IU and Selenium(both fat soluble, with my next meal which contains a bit of fats.
I would think twice about Vit. A by itself, if you must, do Beta Carotene, it will convert to Vit. A as needed. Large doses of Vit. A is one of a few that can be toxic.

I think 400IU of Vitamin E is max. I guess because its a fat soluble vitamin, you dont want to take it with your PWO shake since it contains no fats.

You would want to take it along with your post workout shake, YES!

But does anyone know a specific amount of each...how much of these important antioxidants should you be taking?
Vitamin A (as beta-carotene)
Vitamine C
Vitamin E

If vitamin e is fat soluble, isn't it a better idea to take it with a meal that includes fats?
Although it is an antioxidant too, which is ideally taken postworkout /forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif
