Do some serious cardio today after working out my legs alot last night? I am a bit sore, should I rest?

If you can walk fine, sure! I know I need to warm-up a little more so I can walk normally...

I do it. I do it on leg day, too. It only takes a few minutes before most of the soreness goes away - at least temporarily. You just gotta get over the hump.

i just did it yesterday, and GOD **** im gonna be feeling it for a while, I swear, my legs werent progressing at all, but now i have hope again /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

My legs are always KILLING me after leg day, but if you can take the pain, go for it.

Its fine, hit the cardio! 8 hours between lifting and cardio is enough.
