Well yesterday i did calves and quads at the gym (Calf raises/squats/leg extensions/leg press etc) and my workout was done at approx 11:20 AM. I had soccer from 8-9 oclock PM that same day.
As im heading to my indoor soccer gym (around 7:30 PM), i dont feel THAT sore, i mean i feel a litlte bit sore in my calves and quads, but nothing too much. (Usually my soreness kicks in like 6-7 or so hrs after a workout). But as i finish playing soccer, my calves and quads KILLED MASSIVELY, i got home fine tho.
But the next morning (Today) they were REALLLLLLLY sore.(not exagerating) and its almost impossible to walk or sit down. was that a bad thing to do?
