i am currently doing the 8 week shoulder program. in the final phase of workout b it calls for reverse flys. the explanation is confusing to me and, no offense, doesn't even sound like reverse flys /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. how should i do these? anyone have an easier explanation? please help me before my workout this evening!! thank you!

If you look at the pictures above the description it should give you a pretty good idea of what you want to do. Basically, take the dumbells and hold them out to the sides (so your body looks like a "t") and then lift them up over your head in an arc motion.

right, but the description written below it doesn't sound like it at all. sounds like a description for something else. huh, who knows... thanks for your help!

i'm doing the 8 weeks shoulder program too. I do what the description says. Forget about the picture...
