I wasnt sure where to post this but oh well.

Anyway it seems that when I wake up in the morning I am scrawny. But at the end of the day after I have eaten a lot and worked out I am much bigger. My veins are more visible...and my muscles just look overall bigger. Whats up with this? Does this happen to anyone else? /forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif

It's your carbohydrate and water intake that makes you look fuller at the end of the day.

Plus, with every gram of glycogen that is stored, 2.7 grams of water is stored with it, adding to this effect.

Is this because of a process called dehydration synthesis?
