whey samples

anyone know where i can get some free samples of whey. a lady i work with wants to try a few flavors before buying a big tub to see if she likes it. she is not trying to bulk up or aanything mainly trying to eat healthier and thought this would be a good thing for a mid morning snake if she is to busy at work to eat. thanks

i know if you buy from 1fast400.com right now you should get a sample of prima force substance wpi grape flavor. id also check out optimum nutrition and see if they are giving out samples and also check out instone i got a sample from them a while ago.

brock, give the lady a little bit of yours to try. or tell her to pick up a small cheap can of whey at the supermarket. i found a small can of designer whey for like $6-$8. even if she doesn't like the taste of the cheap ones tell her to buy the good stuff by ON.

If you go to your local GNC or Vitamine Shoppe, they usually have flavors in a one pound tub. It's not too expensive like that, but try the chocolate first, it's usually pretty good.
