I went to pick up some more flax this evening and remembered some guys suggesting Fish Oil. Well, GNC had no Fish Oil in a Liquid Form but did have Norwegian Cod Liver Oil in liquid form, what is everyone's thought on it? It was only 10 bucks for 93 servings and looked to have plenty of EFAs and Omega-3s.

The primary benefit of fish oils is the fact they contain eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which are not found in flax.

Cod Liver Oil is a good source of these as well.

Looks like I'll go to two servings of Flax a day and 2 servings of Cod Liver Oil
