I'm considering getting some casein protein to supplement along with my cottage cheese and was wondering a few things. First of all, is it derived from calcium-rich things like whey is? And if so, will it interfere with ZMA? Next, 1fast400 has little nutritional information, does anyone know how many servings are in a tub of ON's 100% Casein?

casein is derived from milk or something like that, so is high in calcium. i'm sure whey isn't rich in calcium is it?

anyways yeah it'll interfere will ZMA absoprtion. so just wait 30-45mins for the ZMA to be fully absorped before taking down that casein.

i believe 2lbs is 906-ish grams. one seving is 31 grams so that gives around 29-30 servings.
