Look under the "Exercise" tab up top under the section "slide-show exercises". They have a ton of ideas for you. One of my favorites are Adam "Oldschool" extensions. It's great for really isolating the tri's.

I love behind the back dips and parallel bar dips. This will give you a good burn. Be careful when you add a plate to your lap doing behind the back dips.

MO nailed it
Im a fan of the dips, putting so much weight directly on the tri's is really nice, it also works chest if your at right angle so i usually do them after ive done chest and shoulder workout, as some form of superset i guess. At home though u will b limited so i guess u need to put a weight plate on your lap and get the right angle on a bench, i allways was looking for a rreally good exercise to tri's and i think dips was just that, then i do old skool extensions aswell ,it works good angles.

I like doing dips and pushups with my hands touching, forefingers and thumbs making a diamond shape.

Good posts folks.... forgive me if it's already been mentioned but close grip bench is a good one as well. Make sure to keep your elbows in close to the body. Try this tri-set skull crushers ss close grip bench ss diamond pushups. It kills...
Edit: Oops CG = close grip LOL

one of my new favourites, and i dont think i've seen it suprisingly,...are reverse grip bench presses...
neutral grip(i believe) dumbbell bench presses. with 2 dumbbells...you perform as you would regular flat bench presses...only the grip is such that your palms(or knuckles) are inward...
pushups, with your hands in the form of a diamond/triangle...also kneeling dumbbell kickbacks...

I like to take a barbell and do a set of skull crushers until failure. Then imediatly start into some close grip bench presses until failure. Rest-pause, then a few more reps of the presses.
el trigueño,
Ive never actually tried that, it looks very interesting and ill add it in during my next tricep routine and see how i go, thanks for the input
