Just wondering what are the best brands of Whey and creatine?

What ones give best results...for yourself?

ON and... ON. only brands i have used, and both working great.

I use prolab whey and creatine monohydrate, really cheap and works great for me. Haven't noticed the results differ much. As long as the creatine is CreaPure its good.

I like ON whey, prolab creatine. Most whey brands are pretty similar though, and creatine is creatine.

I like ON whey too. with regards to creatine: make sure you get creatine monohydrate in powder form - dont bother with tablets or serums - and make sure the creatine carries the CreaPure logo.

ON Whey is good try the chocolate and the chocolate mint is okay not great, but it's good for a change
