well, today I returned to the gym after taking a much needed week off, and started a new routine. Along with this routine I want to see if you guys and gals thought my bulking diet is OK for the most part. I'm trying to keep a clean bulk,, so take a look, and please post some feedback. Thanks in advance /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 cup of outmeal, 1 scoop of whey(20 grams of protien) and 1 tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 2 - handful of almounds, tuna and cheese sandwhich
Meal 3 - steak or chicken with 1 cup of veggies, 1 sweet potatoe or yam, 1 slice of wheat bread, 1 small cup of light yogurt, 1 tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 4 - PWO
Meal 5 - steak or chicken with 1 cup of veggies, 1 sweet potatoe or yam, 1 slice of wheat bread, 1 small cup of light yogurt, 1 tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 6 - handful of almounds, tuna and cheese sandwhich
Meal 7 - 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of flax oil
I eat each meal about 2-3 hours apart, and have 1 cheat meal a week on saturdays for lunch, which really isn't that bad, just a pork sandwhich served on a portuguese roll, with white rice, and some homemade fries. Also depending on the night, I'll Throw in a small salad
