ok quick question, i noticed that 5g of extra creatine is taken on workout days compared to non workout days so this has me thinking that some of it is "used" during workouts. My question is does that mean if you are doing a double split you should be taking an extra 10g of creatine on workout days compared to non workout days? ( 15g on workout days 5g on non ).
