I don't have a set split such as monday i do this and tuesday i do that its more of a series....
Day 1 = Shoulders/Traps/Back Wk Out A
Day 2 = Biceps/ Forearms Wk Out A
Day 3 = Chest/ Triceps Wk Out A
Day 4 = Rest
Day 5,6,7 = Repeat Days 1-3, except Wk Out B for all
* Abs every other workout day
* Legs once every 1-2 weeks depending on time and energy
* I also alternate between two workouts for each day
I'm 17, 5'8 and weigh 142 pounds and primarily am just looking to get a bigger and better looking body. I'm not sure if that will help you review my split, but that's my basic goal at the moment.
Any comments on positives or negatives I would definitly appreciate it ...Thx a lot /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
