so i hate to ask a split question (way to many of them) but what do you guys think
Sun: Chest, forearms, tris
Mon: back, delts
Tue: bi, legs
Wen: traps, Chest
Thu: forearms, delts, tri
Fri: rest
Sat: legs

hmm, i dont think i really like. Its a lot of shoulder work, with monday and thursday direct work, Sunday and Weds indirect work, and am not sure why everything but back and bi's are done twice a week. I think if you have a lagging body part, you could do that twice a week, and maybe cut down on the volume a bit on everything else. Again its hard to say without knowing your goals and logic behind this split.
