Glutamine Chewable

I think I remember people asking about it in general, but I kind of have a specific question.

I bought some glutamine chewable tablet things from GNC and later noticed the serving size is 10 tablets! You get 5g of Glutamine from 10. I was wondering if I need to eat all 10 at the same time all during my PWO. It says to take 10 daily. Thanks, sorry if this was kind of a repeat.

10 pills is only 5 g!! wowzers, thats alot of pills! id take around 15 g of glutamine per day...but thats be awhole lot of pills to chew!
oh yeah and if you care about when i take mine, i do 5 first thing in the morn, 5 post w/o then 5 later in the evening
