View Full Version : Eating Out
I was just wondering what a lot of you guys like to order when you go out to eat. Today I ordered a grilled chicken cesear salad but it was soaked in dressing, thank god im not cutting. Anyway, what are some good foods to order out? Or do you always keep a cup of oats and whey in your back pocket? /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'm addicted to Boston Market. They have a lot of good choices for lean meats and plenty of low fat or low carb options.

If you know whats good for you, you will!!!
Eating out anywhere is almost like having a cheat meal if your on a clean bulk. You can help but get processed food, or getting it extra greasy. I dont know where you can go, to have the food as healthy as home made.

When I know my husband and I are going to be doing a lot of running around town, I'll bring a protein bar or a natty pb sandwhich with me. That usually prevents me from ordering something awful by the time we stop somewhere to eat.
Most restaurants are willing to change up an order if you ask them. Although personally, I'm still shy about this, and sometimes I make my husband ask.
Usually I'll get a chicken breast, salad, and egg beaters if they offer it. I would say next time ask for dressing on the side. I dislike it when they drench my salad in dressing. I want my dressing to compliment my salad, not the other way around.
