Just wondering if this stuff is alright to put in my morning shake without cooking or if I should get actual eggs and cook/eat them along with my shake

also, i'm starting my bulk on monday and doing the PWO calculator its showing I need 5.7tbsp of malto and 4.6tbsp of dextrose. Is tbsp the large spoons or the little coffee ones? that seems like a lot of powder to go into the PWO. It also says to use 57oz of water, however my pwo bottle i've been using only holds about 37oz total.

From that page:

Use in baking, as a substitute for whole beaten egg in most breakfast dishes (i.e. omelettes), as a low fat protein source or, because it is pasteurized, to add protein and a frothy texture to healthy fruit drinks.

It says it's alright.

I use a regular shaker bottle, which i think is only 25oz...i drink water from a 2 liter container at the same time....its really not too difficult.

I also sometimes just use two containers....one for the first half and the second for the second half, that also works well. Although its not as sweet because its watered down, so however you like it.
