I'm considering training Bi's and tri's on a seperate day. I have been training bi's with back and tri's with chest. It semed to me the muscles would already be warmed up after a back ( bi's ) and chest ( tri's ) and would be effective. The only problem is I'm really tired after working back and chest. By training arms on a seperate day would I run the risk of over training my bi's and tri's since they get worked with chest and back.
Thanx for any input

I do my back on monday, pecs on tuesday, and then do my bi/tri on thursday. I always found it to be sufficient time to wait.

I like to alternate. One week I do chest/tri and back/bi and the next I will do chest, back, tri/bi. I also thrown in chest/back, tri/bi and chest/bi, back/tri.
Use all combinations.
